With a culture rooted in teamwork, resilience and competitive excellence, the program challenges athletes to grow both on and off the court. Players benefit from top-tier coaching, individualized skill development and a rigorous training schedule designed to elevate performance. Stevenson’s coaches and faculty create an atmosphere where student-athletes can thrive, pursue championships and prepare for the next level. For volleyball players who are serious about their sport and education, Stevenson is the place to be.

Meet the Coach
Jordan Leiter brings over a decade of coaching experience at the high school, club and collegiate levels, with a focus on team culture, technical development and leadership, both on and off the court.
Her coaching style combines positive leadership with clear expectations, creating a competitive yet supportive environment that encourages athletes to build confidence and discipline.

Training Advantage
At Stevenson, Volleyball thrives within an athletic department that champions multi-sport participation. Guided by wellness and performance research, we develop well-rounded players while fully supporting those pursuing collegiate opportunities as well as those seeking the camaraderie and growth of being part of a team. Athletes have year-round access to courts and training spaces for optional technical work (serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking), small-group play, open gyms, and strength/mobility with an emphasis on jump mechanics and safe landings. In season, practices are purposeful and coaching is individualized; out of season, training is flexible—designed to complement other team commitments so students can excel across multiple sports.
Whether you’re preparing for college volleyball or looking to contribute in a competitive, supportive environment, there’s a place for you in Stevenson Volleyball.
