Training Advantage
At Stevenson, the Dance Team thrives within an athletic department that champions multi-sport participation. Grounded in research on student wellness and performance, we develop versatile performers while fully supporting those pursuing collegiate dance or performing arts opportunities. Dancers have year-round access to studio and training spaces for optional technique, choreography, and strength/mobility work. In season, rehearsals are purposeful and coaching is individualized; out of season, training and performance opportunities are flexible—designed to complement other team commitments so students can thrive across multiple programs.
Whether you’re aiming for a college roster or simply want to build school spirit and be part of a high-energy team, there’s a place for you on the Stevenson Dance Team.
